Is that the steroid shot?

my daughter was given three rounds of it. The first one was at 29 weeks, next one was at 31 weeks and then the last one was right before she was born at 33 weeks and she came out breathing on her own but she just needed on and off oxygen until she was to her due date. They knew she was coming early

@mybabyloves, I was supposed to be induced a week before my edd but I'm having complications and they gave me one yday and I'm getting another today. I'm only 23 weeks..idk if that makes any difference

I had those with all 3 of my sons and will be getting it at 24 weeks

It's fine and a good thing

It's a good thing in my opinion because it's either you get shots to improve their lungs or they have the chance that if they do come really early that their lungs are not developed enough and they can't breathe without a ventilator, so I would rather take a shot then have my newborn baby on a ventilator
