Yes... Unfortunately, even though they completely understood where I was coming from, (the cops) I still had to be arrested, because that's considered domestic violence... I'm more worried about CPS, even though I don't have a bad history of anything, besides Tuesday. @hermommy

@keeping_upwith_harperkate I believe CPS will understand just Lillie the cops did. I don't know much about it but I believe you have to be a threat to your daughter for them to take her away, now I'm not sure but anyone knows how protective a mommy can get!Praying for you st pay strong

first off dont forgive him because if he did all of that so quickly he has always had bad intentions. 2nd my cousin went thru this they didnt take my cousin away and her BD tried everything to make her seem like an unfit mother. im so sorry. i didnt even know you had your daughter. prayers for you.

I can not stress enough that you need to leave him. Please please don't stay with someone who would act so harshly over a girl hitting him once. To put his daughter in that situation is sickening. He is acting out of hate for you.
