woke up this morning with my achilies tendon hurting SO BAD my hubby had to carry me to go pee. I mean it is KILLING me. has anyone else had this issue? I read some things on line about achilies tendonitis flaring up in pregnancy but I've never had this problem before. I read to ice it and elevate it. anyone else have this issue?
