can I just say as some one who's been in Healthcare for almost 10 years it still surprises me the lack of compassion management has for its pregnant workers.
Yeah I'm a cna and they want me to manually lift residents in and out of bed, I already hemorrhaged after lifting one person and almost lost my baby. but supposedly it's not okay to use the sit to stand on every one. I told them so it's eaither the sit to stand or people are gonna have to help me lift people.
Exactly they don't give a damn I realized that today I was at work very sick and they were to concerned in telling me I would get a point if I left earlier smh I work in the pharmaceutical field
