ide try to take him to an emergency vet that might be open at this time some places have them. but in some cases the vet will make your dog vomit.......how old is your dog??

ok....ide still try to find a place if not try to take her in the morning....but ide try to take her just to be safe. im so sorry your pup has to go through this i know how bad that can be for our fur babys😳😳

monitor her closely for now. the fact that she may have consumed that can lead to diareah, loss of appetite etc. in our fur babys. just make sure her behaviour doesnt change and if she seems like shes changing try really hard to take her. i wish fur babys had insurance😳😳😳

@kellynicole,thank you! From what I gather, she would have eaten about 2 oz of the m&ms;, and there is a very low toxicity level in milk chocolate - I think she will be okay based on the chart! Thanks so much for your help!

@heera, thanks again love, I will for sure keep my eyes on her throughout the night. I just saw a chatt that basically says she should be okay, though, just maybe some diarrhea at most. It could have been so much worse!

She will probably be fine. My dog did that once and nothing happened. You can give her peroxide which will make her vomit but it's really not necessary. My dog weighs 11 lbs and had a whole box of chocolates once 😳 @heera my dog does have insurance 😉

@heera, yep lol. I work at the university of KY and they offer it as one of our benefits 😂 it's really awesome. I pay like $15 a month and all his check ups and routine vaccinations are free and he gets a dental cleaning once a year. He is seriously like my child

My chihuahua eats anything and everything...plants, feminine products, bugs and has never had a problem. Some dogs have stomachs of steel! My other chihuahua gets sick if he has a piece of bread.
