Anyone else have a pregnancy belt? I wanna know if it really works and if it's really worth the time…

it worked wonders for me and my pregnancies in my opinion it's sooo worth it but don't put it too snug of course lol. ...i have to get another one tho in a couple weeks i can't find my old one.

I know I was told to get one to help with my muscles at the bottom of my stomach and back pain. Heard you can get them from Target...@heera,

yes you can. and i needed it so bad.....it helps a lot for me. i get back pain pretty good when i start getting bigger.
