I got the same thing online it says it help

My ob from my first pregnancy had told me that regular tea really won't help :( I found some on Amazon and at a health food store. Never ended up drinking it because I went into labor first.

You gotta get raspberry leaf tea, regular raspberry tea doesn't work. At least that is what I was told. This looks like normal tea to me, sorry if I'm wrong but usually the box will say leaf tea
