Got a new phone and I'm just now getting this app back. So here is a late one month post for my baby girl, Hazel Grace. She is one month, one week and a day now. She can hold her head up all by herself, she's went from 5lbs 8oz too 7lbs 4oz and from 19 n 1/2 in to 21in. She is a very happy baby and I'm her favorite person. She is so loved.❤😘😍
