how do I time these cramps to know if I'm in labor?

Time from when your belly starts to tighten, to the time it releases. Also time how long the contraction is

my bellys not tightening though I just get these really sharp cramps like have to poop cramps for a few seconds then they go away

Trust me.... You'll know. It'll start to feel like your uterus is detaching from your body. They start to become closer together and more and more painful!!!!!

@owynngenesmommy07316, if your tummy isn't tightening the sharp pains are probably your cervix starting to ripen. If your tummy is tightening but isn't consistent or getting more painful it's probably just BH.

@owynngenesmommy07316, of it's getting hard then that's probably a contraction but if it's not consistent, there's no pain, and you haven't had any sign of a bloody show you should be fine. You're far enough long though so it literally could happen at any time. With my daughter I had no signs then I woke up the next day in full blown labor!
