Thank you I've been doing my best to time them normally during my Braxton hicks I can talk and be on my phone but these ones all I can do is just try to breathe not painful but they are just different and intense. @arivera64

Called them at 3p when they started and it just seems like they just tell you to do what you think is best unfortunately I've had them for about 2 1/2 hours straight now. @maybaby2016
