Help! I would like to know what I really truly am going to need or be glad I packed in the hospital…

tbh I just packed underwear , slippers my own robe bc their is like open in the back lol , shampoo , body soap , tooth brush , tooth paste , hair brush and change of clothing for when I leave. they gave me everything else - some people pack their own pads too bc the overnight maxi pads r way better then wearing 4 of theirs lmao

and the baby's stuff obviously.

deodorant too. and q tips .and a shaver . haha

@mrsmord, what kind of stuff do they give you at the hospital ?

they provide diapers for the baby and blankets and even an undershirt and hat , I'm talking baby stuff- they provide underwear bc it sucks and pads too . they provide creams and sprays for the stitches as needed, hospital socks too which r comfy , alot of people pack tons of stuff that you don't even use . first baby I had I followed a list and I ended up just taking things I didn't need . extra baggage. those things r really what I needed and that's it

people also packed like entertainment like head phones and I pads lol but ur so tired tbh and ur with baby 247 so Idk when th3y have time to listen to music and do nothing . I was busy the whole time

@mrsmord, yea I figured it was too much and I didn't want to take stuff I really wouldn't need, so for the baby stuff you pretty much took its clothes ?

Yeah just the baby's clothing and my own blanket that I bought him .

They give u almost everything at the hospital besides what u need for a shower, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, and clothes for u and baby
