yep I've had them from the early hours of this morning and all day today, they've been coming and going...it's the most frequent I've ever had them, I'm not enjoying them at all 😣 especially the back pain that comes with them. xx

i haven't been sleeping great so praying they ease and let me sleep @donzi.harri .. i hope you start feeling more comfortable soon xx
