So my cervix has softened, but not dilated. I'm gonna be induced on Monday at 41 weeks 2 days gestation. Does anyone have any advice I should know? I'm nervous that it may turn into a c-section since I have not dilated yet.

I was only dilated 1cm when they induced me (I had been since 36w). I was in labor for 11 hours. I had troubles progressing until I got the epidural (I waited till I was 9 hours into labor to get it) but after that it was smooth sailing. It's obviously different for everyone, but being induced wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be.

I was induced 4x and this is my 6th baby I'm so over this can't wait until Tuesday
