@jjsmommyjj711 I called the state and had them change it thru their system, then called my insurance after and they changed it. thank god.

My nephew has two middle names and my sister wrote it clearly to where you could tell the names were separate and she even told the nurse. The hospital messed up and made one of his middle names and last name his entire last name and they said since it was their fault that they would fix it well here we are 4 almost 5 years later and we are still having to fight to get his name right
