first time mom question-

okay mommies, my son is five days old, I haven't changed any diaper brands or wipes and been doing everything the same since the hospital but I went to go change my sons diaper and he has white dots above his penis, and on the side of his thighs I have been using vasiline since the hospital told me to to make sure his penis didn't stick to the diaper because he got circumsized I'm questioning if I should stop it now or wait to get a clear from his doctor tomorrow it looks healed but now it looks like he's getting a rash I need advice!?
