Spotting is normal after a check. You could be having some Braxton hicks as well

She might have been rough when she checked you. Just watch and see if it continues. When I was pregnant and a nurse practitioner checked me in a day or two later I ended up going into labor because she was so rough when she checked me.

@santistevanmommie, Yes she was deffiantly rough, but I also don't know the difference since today was my first check. Where you dialated when the nurse checked you and was rough? my dr said I was not dialated but continued to push further and further after saying so. Asked me if it hurt, I said yes she continued for alittle longer and then stopped and that's when I noticed her fingers were covered in bright red blood.

I was only 1.5 when she checked me. That sounds like she was trying to strip your membranes. She shouldn't have pushed like that. Definitely watch if the bleeding gets heavier or the back ache and cramps get worse.

update I just went to the bathroom again and when I looked into the toilet there were multiple small red/pink globs and when I wiped the toilet paper was covered in red/pinkish blood
