Anyone have any tips on how to make my husband not live like such a pig. he seriously does not clean…

flick him on the forehead everytime he does it.. pretty much treat him like a child because that's how he's acting.. holy hell girl I would be dragging him by his ear back to his mess to clean it up 😂 good luck though.. I wish I had real advice for you!

Kill him. He won't make a mess if he's dead

Don't clean up the things that won't leave germs. Basically only clean the things that will cause ants or unsanitary conditions (food, wet towels, etc.) The rest of the stuff like tools that won't be unsafe I would leave until he picks them up. He will get really annoyed and hopefully pick them up himself

girls, he's a tornado. I have tried leaving the messes and he will just push it to the side and add to it. he literally will not clean up. I'm packing up the house alone with a two year old and he hasn't even tried to help me when he gets home. I have to switch gears to get dinner done and he just plays around. he hasn't lifted a finger to help and yet feels the need to remind me how much work I have to do. I cannot win. I have even talked with his mother about it and she simply said, "he's always had his sisters to do everything for him so he just isn't the best at staying on top of things. he knows how to do it right. you guys are one now so where he falters, you have to pick up the slack." Do you have a huge basket or box where you can put the things he leaves around? That way it's out of the way and clean. Then you can put the box in the garage or on his side of the closet. Somewhere it will inconvenience him

@missliss, I've tried getting cute little crates that I have in the entryway for him to empty pockets and put stuff in when he gets home but he has never once used them. I am going to have to try that. I have half the mind to the throw everything, garbage included into a box and empty it onto his side of the bed hahahaha

I have also though about getting a giant chalkboard and assigning chores but I don't want to be demeaning

do to him what my mom used to do to get me to finally clean. she literally went through my room with a garbage bags and threw EVERYTHING away. well minus things that I actually needed. but you get what I'm saying.. or just take all of his stuff and not give it back to him, make him earn it. he's acting like a brat smh.

@missliss, I have a high risk pregnancy. the doctor straight up told him herself that he needs to help out without me even saying anything to her about the situation haha this was months ago. @littlemissrainesmommy I told him if he leaves anything laying around at all, I'm selling his Xbox which he never uses but I will do it.
