They weren't kidding when they said the first cramps after childbirth are horrible and painful 😢 9 months pp and I just got the worst cramps....doubled me over. I never dealt with cramps before I got pregnant unless I did a move wrong in gymnastics. But holay...these suckers made me tear up and double over so fast 😢😖
