I've been having this back pain in the middle of my back that shoots out to my front to my belly button and only on the right side. maybe my muscles are stretching? it started this afternoon

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?
