I have an interview next week with a very reputable medical organization. I've been at my job for 4 years and feel as though I can't move up anytime soon. Part of me wants to jump ship but the other part of me says stay your so comfortable.

@nurseriri, if the interview goes well and in my heart I know it's the position for me then I will go.

@nadiahuynh, I feel you on that one. Once I make my 5 at my hospital I'm moving on to somewhere else. Love the MICU/SICU but wanna go to neuro ICU. I get bored real easily
