Chip stands for childrens health insurance program. Has nothing to do with microchips.

I know what it stands for...but it's obvious as to what they are implying...this is a new thing the govt introduced....Chip...Microchip ...and under the Obama care administration, revealed within the actual healthcare reform act he himself had put togrther, it DOES say every American person WILL NEED to have the microchip implanted by December 31, 2017. IT was originally March 31, 2013, it was then changed. You can look it up yourself - it was passed in 2011, under H.R. 3200, pages 1,001- 1,008 and the section I'm referring to relates to the National Medical Registry and the RFID chips (microchips).

I'm sure someone somewhere thought- hey let's put this device in everyone so we can instantly know their blood type and name and medical conditions at hospitals to save time and to save their life easier. Once it was actually discussed about what the chip could be used for that discussion ended.
