Oh no, I was like that in my ST. Nothing worked for me and it was the worse. I found sitting straight up while trying to poop, helped.

my doctor told me to take a fiber supplement because nothing else worked for me. Try citrucel it taste just like orange juice. wasn't bad at all.

it worked really good for me. I had to drink it 3 times a day for the first few days to get it to work but now I just drink it in the morning. @wscst4
