I need help my baby girl refuses to sit up anytime I put her in the position she lunges back mind…

She's not ready yet. Most babies don't sit up on their own till about 6-7 months . Give her some time ☺

Put her in a bumbo or some other supported seat so she can't do that and they help practice sitting up right.

give her time, my baby is almost 6 months and she only started sitting up on her own a few weeks ago. I actually don't recommend using a bumbo, those do not support proper posture nor conform to a baby's natural spinal curve
