The last time I ever felt a contraction or BH or anything was in 2008. Only because I was induced. With my second I never had any problems and had to have a scheduled csection. Well now I will be 31 weeks tomorrow and I am having tightening and pain in my back. I don't know if its BH because I can't remember what they feel like or if its because my body is just tired and sore from work. All I do is stand all day and make medicine and some medications like TPNs can get heavy but I don't think its over 15lbs. Does anyone know what it could be? It hurts. Sorry I took so long to drag out my question lol.

Probably braxton hicks from being too physical! I get them constantly with all my pregnancies but I find them especially bad if I've been on my feet a long time or been carrying/lifting.

@olson0305, i feel bad for not taking it easy like I'm harming my daughter for putting so mucb stress on my body but I can't afford not to work and I need my maternity leave 😢

@nicolemarlena, it's such a hard balance! I get it! I'm a SAHM and I feel guilty some days bc I sit so much, I don't get up for every little thing anymore. But I have to care for myself and the unborn babe too!! I've already gone into false labor twice from doing too much. :(

@olson0305, omg i gosh that is so scary i dont even know what false labor or labor felt like if it hit me in the butt lol. i hope that doesnt happen. im also afraid of the umbilical cord wrapping around her neck or something when i have to clean and raise my arms above my head.

It was just hours of contractions, I didn't go in because I knew I could slow it down myself.
