My stomach is getting so tight from contractions that it hurts to breathe and causes my chest to tighten too. I don't know what to do at this point anymore. 😪

sometimes they're 5 minutes , sometimes they're 7 and sometimes it feels like there's absolutely not time in between. It keeps changing but their lasting for like a minute and 15 seconds. @eswitzer31
