could the heartbeat be an indicator of gender? with my first at 8 weeks her heartbeat was 160ish with this baby at 8 weeks the heartbeat was 140ish, I've heard higher hear beats is more common for girls, and lower heartbeat is more common for boys. Anyone else have experience with this?

Im having a girl and her heart beat was 180's at first now they are high 130-140's. The doctor said the heart beats dont say the gender its like when you exercise your heart beat is higher and when your just relaxing its lower. Its the same

The heartbeat theory worked for me when everything else pointed to boy.. The Chinese gender chart was actually right too. So that & heart rate pointed to a girl and it was right!
All babies heart rate are higher in the first trimester. My baby boy was in the 160-170 during the first trimester and in the 2nd and 3rd it's been in the 140s
I'm still trying my hardest to understand that it's a bit harder once I've had my mind sat on something. Girl clothes are just sooo cute!! I hope you get what you want though 💕😁
When I was early my babies heart rate was always 190 I was sure I was having a girl. But I was fooled lol.

It's not true. My babies heartbeat is 160 sometimes and it's a boy. My other two boys were low heartbeats.
at my 9 week appointment the babies heart rate was 167. every time after that it was in the 140s and I had a girl. when my sister was pregnant her babies heart rate was in the 160s and she had a boy. good luck
