Lol it just sits in the back of your vagina and touches your cervix. My husband moves mine on accident all the time but as long as it is touching your cervix, it's okay. I knew someone that was on it for 10 years, it works great. @jennaboo

the Nuvaring is amazing. I've been on it for 5 months now and you don't even notice it is there and it's super easy to use.
do lots of research, ask your dr! and if they suggest something and your not sure how it will affect your supply Google lactmed and search it on there

you can't take anything hormonal if your breastfeeding, it'll lower your supply. I've heard the mini pill but that's it :/
Mine is called Errin, ok with breastfeeding and I haven't gained any weight
depo shot. its a shot you get every three months.
there's always the risk of weight gain with any birth control, it depends on how your body takes it. I had the depo after my first son and lost a lot of weight from it. I'll be getting it again after this baby for that reason and also because its okay while breastfeeding.
