Got my membranes swept and went into labor less than 24 hours later BUT I was already 3 to 4cm and my water was already about to break. It was uncomfortable but not painful.
Got mine swept at 36 it's not painful just alittle uncomfortable is all and nothing unfortunately yet for me I think she's getting ready though woke up having back labor this morning I will be 37 weeks tommorow
I had it done Oct 25th(due date), and the next morning(26th) I was having contractions and went to the hospital that night and had my first son at 2:41AM on the 27th.
got my membranes swept at 36 weeks, didn't go into labor until I was 38 weeks 5 days. had my son at 38 weeks 6 days via c-section (my body wouldn't progress past 3 cm after 24 hours on pitocin with contractions every 2 minutes)
I had it done at 41 weeks and nothing happened. Plus it was super freaking painful. Not everyone thinks so but I thought it was horrible. I did end up losing my mucus plug about a day later but I still had to be induced

Nothing happened when I got mine. It literally just made me hurt. So wasn't worth it
