there's usually instructions on the box, inside the box or in the pharmacy bag/papers.

just make sure when you do it you're about to get in bed bc it can come out

yes that's fine. I just clench my muscles like I'm doing a kegal so it stays better. and take the whole 7 days do not stop

@deafmama16, omg yes I did use the inserter and it hurts so bad it feels like they checked your cervix for the first time lol.

With your experience did you know exactly how much you have to apply it? Or how much MG? @deafmama16

It depends on how bad it is but mine wasn't so bad but it was there and it itches bad so I just put enough on my fingers I think a quarter sized or more and just stick it up there. He didn't want me to used the inserter because I may accidentally hit my cervix so I only used my fingers and put med on before shower and bed and again when I wake up. Twice a day for 7 days and I was better

Nope maybe at my next appointment but my ob said as long the symptoms has cleared up and the itching is gone than I'm good. It's best to ask to get check to be sure they are gone because sometimes the infections can lingers even after 7 days I guess that why I put it on two times daily for 7 days. But it's really a strong med so it should be cleared in no time 😊
