Orajel has recently been decided its not safe for babies. It can numb their throat and cause them to choke on their saliva or formula/breast milk. If you've tried everything else then you literally have to just wing it until his tooth comes out. I'm having to do the same exact thing but I don't give my daughter Tylenol. I did get her a teething toy. I put it in the freezer to get really cold she likes it for a few minutes. Other than that I try to distract her which only goes so far. Good luck mama tge struggle is hard.

This works wonders, my daughter cuts two to three teeth at a time, I don't know what k would have done without it

@babynessa, I had heard that after I bought the naturals orajel. But I'm not sure if that applies to the naturals one, because I have applied some in his gums and he continues to bite his hands. Or grab mine. I do the frozen teething toy and everything else you mentioned, but it only works for a certain amount of time. Usually at night he seems to be really aggravated and annoyed, and he does feel hotter than usual so I'll give him Tylenol. I'm hoping this goes by fast :(
