Mommies, I'm at my heaviest I've been in my life...I few guilty after I eat something high in fat/calories I had a taste for something and I made waffle cut fries and corn dogs now I feel like a fat lil piggy how do I overcome this????

Because we are pregnant anyway we are going gain weight its natural when there another human growing inside of us all! We have to stay focused on that and love ourselves thru the process! I have always been between 205-220 as a average weight I tend to teater between, but now I have hit 252 with a 2 lb weight loss just last week. And let me tell you that 2 lb drop made me feel really good! When I found out I was pregnant I weight 226, so thats what I start at. But I'm not beating myself up either bc I know the purpose and I planned this so you have to mentally and physically prepare yourself before you get pregant. Its okay to gain as long as your not just sitting around with no excersing and just eating junk. So I say for the most part when you reach for a cookie, cake, pie, soda, try fruit, veggies, flavored waters, this can all help and make sure your satisfied when you eat your meals to fuel engery and stamina! Hope this helps ladies, remember you are beautiful and the weight will leave you once your time has come! Be blessed!

@mommytobe56, I'm high risk as well no diabetes I'm almost 300 I'm no sad its ridiculous but I know some of the weight will come off but whoaaaaaa smh

@expectingz I had one the other day and I just bought the prepackaged ones as well

@bluepenguin I wanna start something where women don't have to feel like we do I know its something out there ..I feel the same way my energy level went from 8 to 3 real quick plus I have a 15 month old

I honestly feel the same, I never weighed as much as I do now ever in my life. I started at 179(which I shouldn't have gotten to there anyway) and am now 190 to me I don't feel 190 tho :( I also feel guilty when eating something unhealthy too. I would walk everyday as well to try and help, and then the past week or so my energy has been declining and I feel so guilty about that too and I try my best to go walk everyday still, but the heat also holds me back because the humidity makes it hard for me to breath now :/ I'm trying even more to watch what I eat, but I still include a sweet thing in my day, such as a cookie :)

Me too girl. Me too. I'm high risk and not allowed to exercise besides light walking, and it's like as soon as I quit working out i just started piling on weight. I'm also type 1 diabetic so I gain weight really easily anyways. Ugh.
