Each pregnancy is different that's for sure. in a few weeks I hope you feel more energetic. I also was lethargic and extra sleepy but it seem to get better honestly around 17 weeks

same I'm 27 weeks I've been soo tired this entire pregnancy. I definitely had more energy last time.
