Yeah it could be but ultrasounds are usually off. They said my baby was 7 lbs at 37 weeks but was born 6 lbs at 39 weeks

That's awesome that they gave you an estimate on the weight! I kept asking at Kaiser and they wouldn't tell me so I was expecting a 9lb baby but got a 7lb baby.
