It just happens. It'll grow back. My baby was born with a ton of hair and it all fell out over the first 3 months. She was almost bald. She has a ton of hair now tho!

And this was all recently! Lol. So sometimes it takes awhile for it to grow in and its still not all the way grown in yet.

Every baby is different but im going to say no. Most of the time the back of the head is bald becuz they lay on that part the most. Those hairs fell out of my sons head. After we got his hair cut we notice that that part now is much fuller and its growing faster.

It happens. It will grow back. NB hair does that sometimes.
