@ls99, I definitely would like to wait. She's my 1st and definitely a lot of work. Who knows how I'll feel in a few years. These sleepless nights have me feeling like she may be an only child lol

Right! Mines is 7 months and still doesn't sleep all night. I couldn't imagine being pregnant again right now lol.

Now I'm gonna have two kids under 3 it's gonna be hard.i say a better age would of been like 5 or 6 this way they can help a lot but now I have to be running behind a busy 2 year old n take care of a newborn.jest wait girl u have plenty of time.

I have an 8 year gap between kids. My son is such an awesome help. While I was pregnant with this one we found out my fiancé has some testicular issues that can only be cured with a vasectomy so I won't be able to wait much longer before we start trying for our third.

That's if you're ready and able to. Everyone tells that to me all the time. Hubby knows we want more kids but we still aren't financially stable for another one yet. Once we get our own place secured we'll think about having another one. I want my kids close in age mainly cause I grew up with siblings way much older than me so I was kinda like an only child. But I think it's adorable seeing the bigger kids take care of the smaller ones. My goddaughter is 7 and loves her little sister who is 9 months old. 😍 It's only your preference mama!

@nmartin1, oh wow! You got pregnant on the pill?! I bet you were completely shocked! I would like to wait at least 4 years before having another. I'm in no rush to be pregnant again. I miss my sleep and freedom lol

@alexinwonderland, I would love my little one to be able to help when I decide to have another child. I hope all works out well with your fiancé. At least you'll have an older child to help with your 2 smaller children which is great 😊

I'm against a close age gap, like under 18 months is too much. my nephews are hellians and my sil is ready to die any day. my son will be 3 when I have my daughter and I think that's a good age, no diapers, he can talk and express himself, and they will be able to play and have fun together still. anymore than 5 yrs and they probably won't play together or be close.

@chibibunnyx, I definitely feel you. We would like to wait some time before even talking about getting pregnant again. I do think having children close in age is nice but I'm not sure if we can handle it. Children are definitely a lot of work lol.

@1sttimemommy0516, yup I was with my daughter father for 7 years off and on things was jest not working right so I left him while going throw all that emotional stress I ended up getting my periods about 2-3 times a month so my dr put me on the birth control pills I was taking it for 2 months was not sexual with anybody until 2 and a half months later started dating this guy n I ended up pregnant the next month smfh.i was crying a lot in the beginning but I'm okay now I'm happy now jest wish I had things ready I don't have nothing....

@chibibunnyx, lmao!!!!! Don't catch the urge. I almost made a mistake by not using a condom the 1st time we had sex after 6 weeks. I looked at my daughter in the bassinet and I said oh hells no! Go put that thing on lol!!!!

I been on birth control ever since! I got pregnant so fast with my hubby that I'm just like man you with no birth control I would have 10 kids. 😂😂😂 Trust me we are SO cautious lol haha @1sttimemommy0516

I waited 4 years between my son and daughter and I feel good about the age gap. Now he's 9 and she's 5 and when I'm sick, which is a lot with this pregnancy he can actually help with her, as opposed to them being 5 and six.

I waited until I felt I was ready for another, I think you and your body know when it's time. All before that I swore up and down I didn't want another one lol. My kids are 2 1/2 years apart, but I would have never wanted them closer than that.

Me and my sister are 5 years apart and so are my nephews and we all have great relationships with our siblings plus when they are older you have a built in babysitter 😉 I personally will have about the same age gap with my kids because it will be what's best for my family so at the end of the day it is your decision to have them close together, farther apart, or no more at all.
