me and my boyfriend are trying to conceive, he is on fertilaid and I am on prenatal vitamins, unfortunately no luck as of yet. I am 39 he is 38, I know our age plays a factor as well as many other things, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Try reading up on evening primerose oil for conception. I'm young but my periods were super irregular and even more irregular after my mc last year. I used it when I was on my cycle and the following week when I thought I was ovulating along with the prenatals and folic acid. It creates an environment down there that the little swimmers like making it easier to travel to the egg.
I just used Ovia app. We tried for awhile before the app then after 2 months of downloading the app I got pregnant. But with my first 2 it just happend didn't have smart phones then.
