Damn, I was going to say if it was a deal outside of court you should take him in for that 💩. Does he have a legit job? In California they can garnish a man's wages and if he's late to paying he could go to jail or have his license taken away. If he gets really far behind he'll have back pay, so that's an extra little bit of money that you'll hopefully get. What's his deal though? What excuse does he have for only providing $20?

we dont talk because almost 2 years ago he raped my daughter and denied the whole thing and they didnt even put him in prison just let him walk free i got a call saying it was okay to take my daughter back to him but im refusing too. he lives in dallas now from what i heard. idk where he works or what he does. he has no way to contact me unless its by mail but even then he knows not to send me any letters or anything. i will not respond to him after what has happened . @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom

Wow, yeah fuck anyone who does that to a child. He's lucky I'm in California or I'd stab a mofo... For real though, I'm sorry you and your daughter went through that. Maybe you can talk to your local child support office and see if you can ask them about options for getting the douchebag to pay more for your daughter. $20 is an insult.

i wasnt aloud to have any contact with him after it happened because it wouldnt help my case. but they didnt do jack which still to this day pisses me off. i wish he was in prison to get his payback. i wish i could tell him off still or punch him in his man hood. ive been trying to get ahold of the child support office but im always put on a 45 min hold or longer. im thinking about taking all this to a lawyer and getting help. @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom

The courts should be able to provide you a lawyer for little or no cost depending on your financial situation. If you're ever awake early enough maybe you could call the child support office first thing in the morning and hope no one else is trying to call then (I'm such an anti morning person but sometimes it helps to call that early). Try the court/lawyer idea though. Hopefully that will help you and your daughter.
