I wanna curl up and cry. I got sent home from the hospital bc I'm only 2 cm dilated and my contractions aren't consistent or strong enough and I just feel like I don't even know my own body. I just feel disappointed and sad bc I can't tell what's what with this pregnancy but with my first, I could.

It's just false labor you can be dilated for days and still nothing both of my pregnancies were different that's why I feel the same about this. My dr always said if your contractions are 3 min apart and you can't breath then go in lol idk what to expect now with Abby #3 😁 it's a guessing game that o hate!

Keep track of contractions, write them down so you can see how consistent they are. Or get an app so it does everything for you
