35 weeks pregnant with my second... can anybody relate ? tell me how its going...

This time round I am having so much pain in my lower pelvic area it even pops when I get up or when switching sides in bed... cant walk for too long becuase ill start getting sharp pinching pains that I have to stop... Plus I went to my docs appt today and he is concerned becuase the babys heart beat is slower and has a pause to it... getting a ultrasound done wensday to check the babys heart.. anybody else feels like this or went thru this ?
