I gave my 3 months old cereal mixed with breast milk once a day, not a lot though maybe two tablespoons

@babynessa, you shouldn't really give them cereal at all. There's no nutritional value to it for them. I know Drs say give it to them to help them sleep more and not hungry as often but new research shows you shouldn't give baby any solids until 6 months

I did it for my daughter at 3 months. It didn't do much but it did constipate her a little so I only do it every so often now.

formula only until 4 months according to her dr. I'm choosing to skip cereal since it is basically empty calories then at 6 months I'm going to start blw.
