Girl. I went on a rampage buying everything from soaps, lotions, creams, ointment and nothing worked until I found what I've been using. Don't use Dreft! I know it's baby detergent but it's no good for babies with eczema. I literally just found that out a few days ago, we were using Free & Clear detergent on his clothes for a while and last week we ran out and bought Dreft and well his eczema came back all over again!!! It's horrible. It's has perfume in it which irritates and flares the eczema. My son is severely sensitive. I can't even wear perfume because if his skin rubs against mine he starts itching!

Coconut oil just sits. My son had it really had when he was a small baby we bought literally everything and nothing worked. We finally invested in Aquaphor baby ointment (a big round container) and Babganics Eczema cream! It's amazing combination!! And we use Cetaphil baby body wash and shampoo. What laundry soap do you use?

I'd go on pinterest and look up hand made salves you can make on your own. They usually have great homemade recipes for lotions and stuff. Works for my eczema way better than anything store bought
