RIP to my small perky boobs. Breast feeding has totally ruined them 😩😩😩😩 but I wouldn't change it for the world lol. Been exclusively breastfeeding for 3 months now, and I feel so blessed to be able to provide nourishment for my son ❤️

I've been breastfeeding for almost 4 and mine are fine! I'm sure they aren't bad lol

So what do you ladies eat now that you exclusively breast feed? I couldn't breastfeed with my first born but with this baby I'm breast feeding actually have milk this time, but I have no idea what I'm suppose to be eating since it's all new to me. @zaysmomma @nikjay2015

Lots of oatmeal helps with ur supply and anything with lots of nutrients is good for him. Honestly I just eat everything lmfao nothing seems to bother my son @vivalakats

To be honest I eat any and everything, I don't follow a strict diet at all. I probably should be eating better than I am now but I definitely limit alcohol intake and try my best to drink as much water as possible during the day @vivalakats
