okay . possibly a dumb question but has any other moms had an increase of panic attacks in their third trimester ?

its never really been an issue for me . but im a ftm , im gonna be stressed . but i try to keep my stress as minimum as possible because my baby doesnt need the stress obviously . but between my pregnancy flying by , trying to find a better family car ( we have a truck but we want an actual family car and we need a second vehicle ) , moving , getting ready for my baby shower , worried about being a bad mom bc idk what im doing , getting his nursery ready , and everything else . . sometimes they just hit me out of nowhere . ive never really had this issue . my midwife said it happens and is common but i never really heard any of my family/friends complain about it .
