my boyfriend & his mom's arms get like that. not sure what it is because they've never been to the doctor for it but it doesn't itch them or anything. I bought my boyfriend Gold Bond's Rough & Bumpy Skin but he never wore it because he hates lotion lol. I feel like it would've cleared it right up though because that's what it's for.

yeah. that's what he says too. he points it out every now & then & says he hates it but he won't wear the lotion to try to help it. get the lotion & use it daily. I bet you'd see a difference in a month especially if it has nothing to do with gluten or anything. I understand it probably makes you self conscious but I promise it's not bad. I rub his arms & kiss them just so he doesn't feel like it grosses me out.

are they worse/get white heads after you shave? they look like razor bumps

My mom/sister/brother and niece all get like this but theirs is just a heat rash

Maybe your skin is just extra sensitive to the heat :) usually happens in paler skin 🙃 good thing I am fairly darker in complexion 😉😂

@canaryv, that's the thing! I'm like 70% Indian and always have color to me.. Especially in the summer I get very tan.. Lol but I've been inside ALOT cause the heat makes me sick, so my theighs are pretty white and the rest of my body has color 😂

Lol your poor legs have become deprived of their love of the sun and are now attacking you 😂 my arms and face are darker as well cause I hate the heat 😂 my legs have thankfully tanned after trying to get to one color for 2 summers in a row 😂

i have those too! and like @catrinaguerrero said get that lotion definitely! i use it and within the first 2 weeks i noticed them to start going away.
