drink lots of water...that's what helps me from not swelling in this 120° weather

I do that's all I drink. but I naturally swell in the heat but u know being pregnant makes it x10 so I been trying to keep my feet up and stay cool but it only helps a bit cuz as soon as I stand or touch something Simi hot it back.

I know but it's so hard u know. it's like all the food I eat has a bit of it in it. I been trying to eat more fruit so it's not so bad. but this heat is no joke here it's already 102 here
