You'll know a contraction when you feel one.

lay down, drink like 3 glasses of water, count your babies movements about 2 hours, should have 10 movements within 2 hours. if you are still in the same amount of pain or your baby isn't moving enough, if I were you I'd go to the hospital. some women have straight back pain pressure on their vagina before they even have contractions and you said you have all 3

The only problem is I've been monitored for contractions and they pop up on the monitor frequently however I never feel them. @m173

that happened to me with my last baby, I went on for the same symptoms that you have and was 4cm, with frequent contractions and wasn't feeling them, but they could see the on the monitor they kept me for labor.

I've been trying to let things just happen naturally bc I'm absolutely terrified to get my membranes swept on Thursday when I go back to the doctor. I'm a punk when it comes to anything down there idk how Ima deliver a baby lol @supermama82

It hurts slightly more than getting checked regularly just kind of a pinch. I got one with my oldest, and I went into labor like a hour later. Do you plan on going natural PR epidural?

Girl the nurses prly get so tired of me when I get checked bc I cringe and act a fool 😂😂 & I always told myself I wanted to do completely natural but I'm not against the epidural I just wanna see how long I can go without it no reason just a personal goal of mine. Yes I had one both pregnancies, my first pregnancy I tried natural until it got where o couldn't bare it. once I did get the epidural, I was in heaven, I got some sleep and everything. you literally feel nothing except pressure when its time to push
