go see the Dr bc it could be something else bc you should've been able to test and get a positive awhile ago

yes they've turned out negative

could be hormone imbalance, infection, pregnancy (could only be detectable from a blood test) etc

I'm going to go see my doctor tomorrow hopefully they can tell me what's going on

Could be your thyroid. That's what happened to me. I didn't ovulate because of my thyroid and if you don't ovulate, no period. I would get it checked out
