I drank so much of that and it didn't do anything. Labor doesn't start till your baby's lungs are fully developed and it let's off a chemical to start labor.. in an ideal labor situation.
oh yeah I did a lot of walking and had a flawless labor no stitches and no pic meds other than it drugs. do squats or sit in the yoga pose that help too.

It tones the uterus but doesn't start labor but it can help prepare for labor.
