my sister in law gave me her freestyle medela breastpump !! omg its so amazing im so happy lol my breastmilk supply is so freakin low agh one pump session only gets me 1oz!! like wtf. but imma get my fenagreek whatever its called & get on a pumping scedule to boost it up. im really excited & determined to build my milk supply even if its pump exclusive for a while!! 🙏 breastfeeding us a real stuggle

I know the feeling. I am pumping exclusively & taking Fenugreek. I have a low supply as well. One trick my LC told me at the pediatrician office is, pump 20 min, wait 10 min then pump 10 more min every 2 hours. It's tough and sometimes it's every 2.5 hours. I just have to do it when my munchkin sleeps. You can do it and hopefully our supply comes in sooner rather than later 😊

I maybe seem to get a little more. But I think it just is supposed to help stimulate...sometimes I don't get any more. I've only been doing it for a couple days. So hopefully within a week period it should be more. @heeykayly
