Ever since I got pregnant, I've had a SEVER aversion to meat. Even the thought of it makes me nauseous 😷 what's a good way to get protein? (I'm getting tired of peanut butter)

I'm the same way, I can only keep down dry carbs right now. However I have been able to do string cheese and that has protein in it.

i was the same way. ate a lot of beans/rice, yogurt, couldnt really tolerate eggs either but ate them when i could

I was that way with my second pregnancy. Couldn't handle the smell of cooked food. Beans (mostly chick peas and lime beans), eggs and nuts. I ate a ton of raw fruits and vegetables
